Brownies, Cookies, and Brookies Workshop 🍪🍫

🕚 Time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (2.5 hours)
👥 Capacity: Small groups of 6 to 8 people
🙋 Intended for: Adults and young people ages 12 and up

If you’re passionate about American baking, this workshop is for you. During the session, we’ll make three of its most iconic recipes, and you’ll learn the techniques needed to achieve perfect results.

We will prepare:

🍫 Chocolate brownie—rich, moist, and with the perfect texture.

🍪 Classic American cookies, with a basic dough recipe that you can easily customize at home.

🤎 Brookies—the perfect combination of a brownie and a cookie, with a delicious filling.

Plus, you’ll learn the secrets of kneading, shaping, and baking to create moist brownies, soft cookies, and brookies with the perfect balance between the two batters.

What does the workshop include?

Cancellation Policy and Workshop Terms and Conditions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. That is why we have established a flexible and fair reservation policy:

• Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance:
  We will refund the full amount paid, or, if you prefer, you can exchange your reservation for another workshop (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance:
  You may request a refund or a date change only if you provide a valid reason (duly documented personal or work-related reasons).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows without notice:
  No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except in duly justified cases of force majeure, such as a medical condition supported by a certificate.

Important: All workshops require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of registrations is not reached three days before the start date, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In that case, we’ll offer you:

• A full refund of the amount paid, or
• The option to change your reservation to a new available date.
